This tree was a gift from the late Geoff Vanner about 6 years ago. He insisted that I take it as he had never managed to flower it in thirty years.
Last year it had one raceme this year eight. Next year...who knows?

I assume it was grown from seed. They can take ages to mature enough to flower. My first seedling took 21 years before it started to flower. Another started after just 7.
The last 30 odd years have not been wasted on your wisteria though. Geoff and you have developed a great trunk to show those flowers on.
