Chinese Elm?

Hey guys i have a bunch of these in my yard growing in twisted clumps. Leaves look elm like, i found a couple of half dead flowers on them just wondering if you think it's in line with what Chinese Elms produce.

Not sure what it is Munt but I can safely say it's not chinese elm. Leaf shape is too far away and they don't produce berries/flowers like that. I'm sure somebody can ID for you ...
