Looks like Leaf miner. Have a close look to see if you can see the squiggles under the leaf surface. It is the larvea of a fly growing under the skin of the leaf so can be hard to treat with pesticides as they are under the surface of the leaf.

They don't generally do too much harm in the short term but sure make for ugly leaves.

I second citrus leaf miner. The "squiggly" tracks are a give away. The curling leaf edges are caused by the leaf miners pupating.

Leaf miners like new, young leaves but you can control them by spraying young leaves with eco-oil until the leaves harden.

I've got the same on my little lemon tree, but don't want to spray with anything because I want to use the lemons. I remove the young leaves as soon as I see this happening in the hope that this way I get rid of the little buggers and break the cycle. :x

And did you get rid of them or no luck?
I don’t mind spraying with insecticide cuz I don’t use the fruit anyway it just for display ;)
