Bonsai Open, 7th September, Mingara Recreation Club, Tumbi Umbi
Only 7 weeks till we find out who will win the $3000 first prize in the premier Bonsai Open, which has Australia's largest prize pool. After seeing all those wonderful bonsai natives in Melbourne I hope the winning tree will be a native.
Tony Bebb, Andrew Edge and Hugh Grant will be running demonstrations across the day.
Entries are now closed and we are expecting over 140 trees to be on display.
