Shimpaku - a little semi cascade

Howdy,
I had this little tree sitting waiting for for some love. Given that I am having a reasonable sulk with another man-flu, I thought I relax into a little tree. There was no movement down low in this tree and an informal upright felt same, same and rather boring. Meh! I under up with a semi-cascade. Just a bit of fun. I think it's time I went to my club with a Shimpaku - I don't really know how to refine the pads or how far to cut it back. Speaking of fun... after I finished, I spilt some little stones on my Weber work-bench and noted how nice this may have looked in a lowish oval pot, mounded to the right and a rock on the left ... oh, well, next time.
