What pine is this?

Looks to me like a Japanese Black Pine, definitely 2 needle pine... with juvenile growth from the new shoots (the ones in focus). It doesn't appear to have a lot of developing candles for this time of year - is this a recent photo? On second look, there might be a few in the foreground that are a bit blurred in this shot.
In short - I think it looks like a JBP.

Japanese Black Pine was my first reaction; the bud and needle grouping being the basis for that thought
