Fukien Tea

In October 2017 I bought a little stick in a pot Fukien Tea. I like the small attractive leaves and petite flowers it gets. I missed out taking a photo while it was in flower, but now it has a lot of small seed pods which look like miniature apples. So I decided to do a small progression series. Sorry I didn't take a photo before wiring it for the first time, but it's still a nice little progression series.
Cheers, Frank.

I reckon just about every bonsai related post I see about Fukien tea involves death, disease, health issues or all three. This post appears to have bucked that trend... great job!

lol, same, Rman. However, they are much more suited to our sub tropics than they are to down south, so perhaps it's got something to do with that.

I have seen some absolutely gobsmackingly massive and beautiful ones from Indonesia and China, so we do at least know they can be done.

The seeds germinate easily too, Frank, so if you want more, just plant them!

I have two that have been growing on....probably should root prune soon...
