HI all.
I have had this wee plant in the same pot in the same place for 4 years and it has never done a thing. Neither died now grown but pretty much stayed like it is. I would be ever so appreciative if someone knows it.

The tree is Portulacaria afra sometimes called Jade tree or Elephant bush.
Tough as. Survives without water for ages. Can be cut back really hard and buds all over old wood. Easy to propagate - all those bits will probably grow if you plant them. Survives in almost no soil or in really crap soil and really small pots.
The only downside is they are not really frost hardy. You may also be able to kill them with too much water

I know what those ones are, in fact i have a huge one out the front of the house with so much on it i think it will be here when me are all gone. The one that i am having a problem with is the one that is now attached. Lets see if it works this time! Feeling very inadequate at the moment hehe.

I suspect that might be Justicia carnea or similar. They are pretty much bomb proof when in the ground, although yours looks like it's struggling in the pot..

Unfortunately it does not ring any bells for me.
Does not make it any easier that you don't want to give us a location. Some vague idea of your location will reduce the possibilities hugely and will also help you to get better advice that suits your plants in your area should you ever ask for help with something.

Each day is a learning process for me. Apologies, I am in Melbourne but bought this wee treasure off Ebay and i think the seller is in Queensland. I shall update my profile now.

I have a huge database of the plants that i buy and this fell through the cracks but it is familiar with the name you gave it. A bigger pot to start with then into the ground if it survives for a while alone.
