Hey guys I've bought a small procumbens nana and I've slip potted it into a massive growing pot that I plan to grow and thing for the next 5 to ten years. I've searched the forum but couldn't find the info I'm after. Does anyone have any links about growing sacrifice branches or quick growing junipers. I can give it 10 hours of sun and heavy fertiliser. Any more info

This one has some photos of shimpaku junipers with sacrifice branches: https://www.ausbonsai.com.au/forum/view ... ch#p273648

Procumbens can grow quicker than shimpaku.
Be a little wary of small trees in huge pots. There is a tendency for unused mix to stagnate so sometimes trees in over large pots don't grow well. :fc: that yours will grow and fill the pot with roots.
