I’ll pass on it as I don’t work with conifers and from the recap on Crataegus Bonsai it sounds pretty basic. Apparently you get to see some of his private trees that the public never usually gets to see and he gets a bit introspective in the interview, so for some that offer an incentive.

For me though I wouldn’t get much value from it I don’t think just in terms of gaining knowledge applicable to what I’m doing.

  • Fans of Kimura who want to see him work up-close or learn about his approach to bonsai
  • Anyone who enjoys watching bonsai videos featuring high-level work
  • Anyone who wants to learn how to create rock plantings

Hmmm.... I went fo a virtual walk at lunchtime.. and as it happened, I passed by a virtual lake... the waters were placid... sun filtering through the remaining Autumn leaves ... the odd leaf losing its grip and wafting down to land softly on the grass. I picked up the leaf looked at its reddish hue and sat on the grass near the lake. As look out I noticed a fly land on the water .... I am not sure who set the fly but a fly it was.... I wonder what fish are biting on this fine, cool afternoon... .... alas, work beckons, I must leave this fine autumn setting.
