Hey mate , I'd let the shoots grow a bit more then select your branch structure and let those branches fatten up a little then cut back to around the 2nd or 3rd leaf node, repeat this mate over and over until you have tight ramification on your canopy.

please dont take offence at this micheal, right now it looks a bit like a soccer player sliding on his knees after hes kicked a goal and throwing his arms in the air
