Ficus Ginseng - grafted branches?

Hy people,
I suspect that my Ficus Ginseng (original) branches where grafted.
(don't look to the size of the leaves, they will be reduced in a few mounths)
Well, I think thats a problem because, since I have it, it has already created a large amount of new branches, with slightly diferent leave shapes from those of the old (grafted) branches, so the top of the tree will lose his coerency / unity...
What shloud I do?
Do I cut the old branches?
(left - old / right new)

do you have a pic of the branches coming out of the trunk? so we can possibly see if they were grafted? sometimes figs can have slightly different shapes from old leaves to new..? i am pretty sure this is the case anyways. jerry meislik might be able to confirm this one ?

These all look the same to me. Newer ones are larger and paler. Perhaps more light and fertilizer needed?

Maybe they are different. Looks like the low ones are pointy and the upper ones are rounded at the tip. Once it grows out some more it should be obvious.

Thats true.
The new leaves are more pointy than the older =/

Andre,
Once the tree has grown some more, I would cut of those low pointy leafed branches. They won't match the character of the grafted top portion.
No rush. As the low limbs will add energy to your tree for now.

Is this tree kept inside? The leaves look powdery (or is that dust) perhaps it needs more sun and air to improve its health.

The tree is keept inside, because I live in an 6th floor appartment without terrace...
And is currently Winter in the N.Emisphere.
Regarding to the new branches:
I'd like my tree to have a much bigger top.
If I cut the new branches, the top will stay small, bucause there are only 3 of them...
Should I cut the old ones to let them be replaced by new ones?
Does that work?

You need to let the top grow to get larger. The lowest branches will not help the top grow.
Remove them after the tree grows another few months to feed and strengthen the tree overall.

I wanted the tree to have a widder top, and the old (grafted) branches are only 3, so it won't get much widder that that...
I'll defoliate it and see wich folliage I like the most.

these trees love humidity, is your bathroom light
..and i saw a full grown one of these figs the other day, im sure it was that leaf. it wasn't huge, but loved the low spreading simple layer type technique...

No, unfortunatly it hasn't =(
But I'll reppot it into a very wide (2x the wie od the tree top) and swallow pot, that I hope to become an humidifier.
