I noticed this on e-bay tonight. The actual trees for Auction might be too big, but I see a smaller Juniper on the ground right in front of the big trees that might be interesting.

I hope by mutilate you mean turn into a work of art

The bits you remove will be works of art, the remainder will be mutilated which is good, olives are a pest and a weed and thoroughly deserve to be cut to bits. You can do whatever you want with it, base is a metre or more across, lots of shoots now.
