This is a Aussie compact (Syzygium australe compact form)

I bought this tree in winter of 09. Very root bound in a 12 inch pot.
Cut back and repotted in styrofoam box on 19-9-09

It is 35cm tall and 7cm at the soil level.

only cost $5 bargain

Lillipillies develop very nicely after a couple of years and you have started with a nice stout trunk with lovely movement. Keep working on it and it will reward you in a short time. Remember, keep up the Confidor to avoid psyllids.

Thank you Melaquin,

I too love the movement in it.....psyllids? are they the lumps that lilly pillys get in the leaves?

thanks again for your comments :)
