Gday or should I say good evening everyone,
Well i just attempted a new style for me a cascade juniper. Picked up the stock at flower power 10 bucks cant go wrong for practice material. I think it looks okay.

Any comments welcome.

Great work Archie. I would like to suggest a little more movement in the tail. It looks a little static for a tree that is struggling to survive on a cliff. Maybe turn the end of the tail back up a bit as well but it seems like the very tip has no growth ?
Like I said great stuff though

looks good! im only new and have been wanting to try a juni cascade... personally, id watch it getting too uniform for arts sake but its only in training and looks in fine form to me

as Bretts Said, Needs more movement in the tail
another bend going backwards then bring the bottom forward to the viewer

do not forget also, the branches should be on the outside of the bends. Nice effort and good wiring job.
As you say, great value for 10 bucks The only way to learn is to do it yourself, and then ask for suggestions and criticism

Like you said the only way to learn is to do it yourself. I will try and give the trunk more movement when I get some time. I might even buy a book on Juni's i really luv em. Pity I'm not that great at them just yet.
