[ID] identify needed

i was wondering what type of tree this was there's quiet a few in the area.
they have this little yellow nut that opens i think it drops seed.

I think it might be a Persoonia (geebung).

You might look at Pittosporum angustifolium. It grows out your way. The chambered fruit makes me think it isn't Persoonia. It used to be called Pittosporum phillyreoides, so if you go looking for it, it might be under the older name.

Gumby Gumby is a rare member of the botanical family Pittosporum. It is a shrub or small tree native to Australia. Whilst six varieties can be found in the state of Queensland alone
