I collected some seed from a local species of grevillea the other day and am wondering what the best way to germinate them is? I have tried many times with varying success but I would really like to get some of these growing for the beautiful green & orange flowers.

My Mother in law had one in the garden go to seed, and she had hundreds of 5them come up in the garden. If you use her method, just spread them on the ground and don't water at all :-)
I have I have Callistimons and Eucalypts comping up everywhere. All mo Bonsai pots have the self sown. Sprinkle them on the surface, or slip down the carks in the diatomite mix, water daily and sit back and watch.

I assume Grevillea would be something similar too
Bury just under the surface, keep warm and water
