Early treat..Chaenomeles, Winter cheer

This Japonica has come out early for us and looks lovely in red. They normally show themselves a bit later in the Central Highlands. Oh the guy on the left is Bodhidharma, the enlightened Monk who gained total realization by meditating facing a wall for nine years. I inherited his eyebrows :lol:

Better grow organic, a sprinkle of Azalea / camellia food on a monthly basis. I mix the two together on a ratio of two tablespoons organic and large pinch a-z food.
I also add a small sprinkle of phostrogen on a monthly basis while it is developing buds
