Cissus rhombifolia

I bought this on a whim while in Sydney recently because I liked the pot, the occupants identified as is Cissus rhombifolia and hadn't been well attended to for quite some time, there was little dirt in the pot, mostly bark chip.
I potted the three separately and I am quite happy with them as I see new growth unfolding, the yellowing is a worry but they're receiving a good feeding regime and shelter from the wind and sun until they recover.
