Reminder on Market Place etiquette

Hi Ausbonsai.com members,

The Bonsai Marketplace is a free community resource with the sole aim of promoting activity and encouraging the sale of good quality material so that our art is progressively improved. As long as members use this section responsibly and play by the following rules, we plan to keep it free of charge.

I would like to draw attention to rule three -

3. No critique
There is to be NO critique of a bonsai that is offered for sale!

In saying this it inlcudes but is not limited to - critique, rude or unecessary behaviour (this is something that can turn potential buyers off and will not be tolerated), pricing other than that of the sellers price (except for genuine offers or if it is an auction) or anything that might seem like irresponsible behaviour, if what you are about to post something that falls into any of these categories, or you beleive it could be seen as a problem, it is best not to post at all.

Lets keep the market place a clean and tidy forum, that way we can all benefit from this, other wise the forum could be removed or people selling could possibly be charged a fee to have it there like a classifieds.

I would also like to direct your attention to this thread - viewtopic.php?f=102&t=1573

It never hurts to go back and spend a couple of minutes reading through the rules which could save the moderators more uncessary work.

regards,

jamie.
