[SOLD] Pots

Hey all,

I am listing a few of my carved pots for sale, rather than trying to determine a price for them I am opening it up to offers from those interested. Photos of alternate sides, top and bottom at higher resolutions available on request. You may be surprised at what will or wont be accepted in terms of the offer so dont be shy.

This is just a small selection of 'midsized' pots, if you are after something particular in a smaller pot I have more to choose from, up to 10cm & down to under 2cm. I will get some pics of larger & smaller ones in the next day or two & post if enough are keen to see them.

Cheers Archie,

That first one was very popular with several people after it. I guess its something I will have to try & reproduce, tho how I dont know. I do not have 2 pots alike, even when they were cut from the same piece of clay they have somehow ended up different sizes

 Your not wrong about making 10... this one could have sold many times over AND I would love to be able to remake it again & again & again.

Only one problem with all that ... I dont determine what pot I make, the clay does. There is also a certain part of me that resists repetition so its in the hands of the clay gods... If another appears at some stage I think I will hang onto it myself

By request, heres a few more from the last firing. Same as for the first lot, make me an offer. Postage will be extra and should cost no more than $5 regardless of buying one or 10 (up to 250gms for that price and thats ALOT of pots!)

Hey Matt,
They are starting to really come along. The glaze on some of them is pretty good. Nice work mate.

Hi Matt,

I really love the glazes on the 1st and 5th pot, but I think they would make my last pot I got from you look huge...
making pots that small, you must have very nifty fingers

cheers N

Hi Nora,

I really like those 2 glazes as well and hope to reproduce them on a few more pots this time. The little pot you have would sit perfectly between these 2, the rectangle is a little longer/wider but shallower & the round is a little smaller in width & height. I think the ultra small pots are a bit of insanity  and they need a very steady hand in good light to be able to get them right.
