[TRADE] Beautiful collection of pots (13)

Hello Friends,

Something’s to consider before reading on...

I will give them a good scrub if anyone is interested :D!!

The photos were taken from my phone. The quality is better in real life and I really should have taken some to depict the quality of the glazing and the great mixture of colours...I only took a few snaps then stored them back away. I purchased these from TRADING POST over a year ago, they came from an elderly lady who's brother had passed on so they are very old pots. At the start of my bonsai hobby I went crazy and brought heaps of pots and some other bonsai paraphernalia. I only used 6 pots (as I can only properly look after that amount) and these pots have been patiently waiting for some one to put some life into them :) I for now have no use for them (I am sure I will regret this after gaining more experience in bonsai and pots) but if traded im sure the person will be very happy. On that note of my inexperience...the bonsai I have now are nothing compared to some of the pics on this web site....so I am willing to trade all 13 for a nice bonsai. Please PM me with pics or post a reply on this thread with photos. I am in Victoria and willing to drive to make the trade...unless of course they need to go interstate then something could be arranged. Preferably in Vic tho. Lastly, the pots were a tad pricey...but there is no price on beauty and I am willing to let go of them for a nice bonsai tree (please no succulents).

I have put a photo of 12 pots at the end of my thread...the last pot shown on my photos IS NOT INCLUDED in the photo with 12. It was a last minute addition :)

G'day F.B. I estimate (roughly) if they are standard unmarked Chinese Pots, the value is 300ish. I am willing to make that trade if you want to come up and select a tree.

Bodhidharma!

After a beautiful drive to dalesford to visit Bodhidharma's peice of earth, I was taken back but not only the set up, space and immaculate trees but buy the warmth of the people at Bodhidharma's. Was a pleasure to meet and learn from dierdrik whose dedication and passion is clearly reflected on his patch of land, bonsai garden and tai chi hall. I will return in the future to not only see the trees again but to sleep over in one of the neat and tidy cottages on offer at Bodhidharma's. I warn you tho...this place fills you with a mystical feeling and will have you feeling like staying there for good!

So I went, made the trade abd left smiling from ear to ear.

Thank you very much guys

I love the colour and richness of that red pot...I think I'll glaze one that colour at my next pottery class....
