Overgrown Olive gets a haircut and defoliation.

Hi folks, yesterday I defoliated one of my Olives, it was pretty well out of control and in need of some serious attention.
Here is what it looked like before I got stuck right into it with the shears

This one is one of my first Olives, had it about twelve years, but what you see there could have been achieved a lot sooner with better care and attention, maybe even in half the time, big mistake putting them in a pot first up, a big grow box is what they need.

how do you know you could ahve achieved this in half the time, maybe if you did the steps like you said it could have turned out differently. You shouldnt put yourself down for your hardwork you have done a great job

Real nice I like it. How wide is the base, it looks chunky! That box is certainly doing its job. Great effort.
