Hi Guys I'm just new to this Aus bonsai and was told about it by skippy.

But back to my question I was wondering what is the best way to grow bonsai in the ground. I would like to grow some black pines, junipers, maples and elms in the groung to achive thick trunks but i would like to find the best way first. If possible can you include some pictures or scans and a detailed mesage on how to do it.

Thank you just want to may sure i do it right.

Thank you Beaumatsu

Hi Beaumaster,

I have researched a bit about this myself, and I have found that using "grow Boxes" that have lots of room, seem to be the better way to start with. Using this method and marking the sides with numbers, allows you to turn the plant after equal amounts of time, to ensure that all sides of it are exposed to maximum sunlight. Also, they are reusable.

Hope this helps happy planting
