I have recently salvaged what I believe to be a Kurume Azalea. I won't know the variety until next year or the year after but it's not too bad. It has a good direction/trunk movement to start with and a very solid trunk and root system. Enjoy the pics

Looks like you have lots of rootball there but it looks real dry. I hope you are going to pot up and give a great soak to it?
