im tradesman mate too much technology is no good. it took me two nights to get the pic up on the thread, and guess what, dont remember how to do it

Mitchell is one of the best in regards to offering advice, he has helped me out heaps. After he has had a read, I am sure he will respond to your request for help.
Also Mitchell stated to bump your thread, if no one has responded and you see it go off the front page of this site, just revisit it and put a bump emoticon on it, then it will be back on the front, hopefully someone will read it and respond.

As for picture, when you are posting a thread, under the white box you will see a couple of tabs, option and upload attachment. Hit the upload one, choose the file to upload, put any comments, then make sure you hit the "add file". After a little bit, it will return to same screen, it will look no different. Hit the submit button and the file is uploaded with thread.
