Juniper Needs Work

Here is a juniper I need to work on.
Just waiting for some milder weather.
Sorry for the poor photo.
I will post the result once I have tidied it up.

Yeah, its a nice tree.
its got good branch placement, pads need a little clean up, good movement, and should have some nice jin work available. I can see a possible shari forming there to the branch above the current jin.

Thats quite a big looking trunk you got there! Can you give us some details on the tree, size age etc. Are you open to discussions/suggestions on the tree?

Hi LKPG,
Ever thought of losing the bottom right cascading branch. Would make a great slanting or informal upright and would help the 2 LHS branches which arn't as vigorous.
To my eye, I always find that if the lowest branch is on the side to which the tree's trunk leans, the tree will tend to look unbalanced. I do understand that you have created a cascading type style here.
Great tree and the type of material I love to work with. It has great trunk line and taper !
