[Wanted] Bonsai Styles of the World by Charles S. Ceronio

Post by stevo »

Wanted to buy: Bonsai Styles of the World by Charles S. Ceronio.

After a copy of this book, Amazon and Stone Lantern don't have copies, so if someone has a copy they can bear to part with, or know where there may be a copy, I would love to hear from you!

Cheers.

Good news for those who can not get the book: Charles told me at the dig that he is going to publish the book on the internet.(Digital version?)

Are you still looking for this book as I have managed to track down and bring into Australia a couple of spare books as I was determined to find a copy for my self and finally succeeded. As the postage was huge I thought I may as well buy a few more.
Regards
Sandra

This may not be news to everyone but I only just found out that Charles S. Ceronio passed away in September. I have to say that his book is one of my favourite bonsai books and after many years it's still my go to reference on styling. I also loved the fact he was a champion of his native South African trees, both as a subject and a style.

RIP Charles.

RIP Charles.
Yes I found this out the other day too and forgot to post a note to it.
He headlined the Schools' Bonsai Summit a few years ago which I missed, but believe it was an excellent time with Charles with smone excellent Demos over the weekend.

RIP Charles.
