I recently collected a large plum in spring it was fine up to a month ago when the leaves are starting to turn yellow with green veins can someone tell me what to do I don't wanna lose it

How recent did you collect it? Have you got some pics?

I collected a big peach in winter last year and thought spring it was doing well
Shooting back and happy until we started to get warm days in Early summer. it turned its toes up and carked it
no green under the bark and when I too out of the pot it had developed no roots. Obviously it was shooting on only the Stored energy

Keep the water up and I would not fertilize yet but use seasol only

Without seeing pics its hard to be certain but it sounds like a nutrient defiency. Have you fed the tree at all? & if so what with?

Keep your pot in water and seasol to 1/2 pot depth, mist spray leaves and keep it in the shade.

I collected it in early spring along with a prunus nigra and it both shooter back nicely and no I haven't fertilize but use season every week on it I thought it was an iron deficiency like in citrus but not sure

Seasol is NOT a fertiliser. Trees need food just like we do to grow strong & healthy.

I would start your tree on half strength of whatever liquid fertiliser you have, every 4 days for the next few weeks and once the weather starts to cool then feed per normal.

I treat my collected trees just like any other repotted tree, that includes feeding. I feed as soon as they start breaking buds, starting with a half strength then up to full strength after 1mth. I stop feeding in early december for most exotics & then start again around feb march depending on weather.

A pic of the leaves would help, but I've had awful problems with mites this year. leaves turning yellow etc...
