Hi all
A friend of mine has reccomended I advertise some bonsai I have for sale on this forum. I haven't been giving my bonsai the time they deserve lately so I decided I should sell most of them and just keep a couple which will be much more realistic to maintain.
First up is a Cork Bark Elm. I repotted this guy last spring but in my opinion I think it needs to go back into a bigger pot for a season to better develop some ramification. I think it needs to be potted a lot deeper too to cover the complex twisting of the nebari. But that will be the challenge and fun for the new owner. Still a great base to work from. $150

Here is a Juniper Squamata. I've done some extensive carving, jin & wiring on this guy over the last few years and he's bounced back well. Just started to get a ltitle overgrown again so the new owner can thin out and restyle how they like.
This guy could be primed for some great literati styling. $200

Last one for sale is a standard Chinese Elm. I think this one has some really good traditional branch structure which will be a great base to work from. Its in an oversized pot to encourage growth. $75.

All pick up from North Brisbane.
Thanks
Matt.

I like the Juniper. You’ve done some good work on it and it’s also still got a lot to be done by the new owner as well.
I am also in the north Brisbane suburbs. Will let you know when I have some spare cash

Thanks mate.
Yep, I think the juni's got some great potential too, good natural movement to the trunk.

Ahhh kas! I've been eyeing off that juniper of yours for a year now, with grand plans in my head for it when you'd finally sell it, but I can't afford it now, ARGH!
I encourage you to put some of your bonsai up on here for sale, you listen and put them up on the forum, and now i've shot myself in the foot.

I'm open to offers on these guys, otherwise I'll have to sell them to jozaeh at "mates rates"
So feel free to have a think at what they're worth and drop me a line.

I'll do some investigations..... I've never posted a bonsai before so I'll have to work out a few things

.
Can anyone out there help who has posted a bonsai before??
Should I use Australia post or a courier?
How is the best way to package a bonsai??
Any advice would be appreciated.
