Not sure either Petra? Is the season for lots of nasties lately with the break of the drought. Could be either fungal or pest. Youn could try some confidor or pest oil or copper fungicide. Not sure about all at once but Grant does mix a few together for a treat all concoction, just not sure which ones and where to find his post about this?
Unless it is putting the plant in poor health I would just watch it closely for now myself.

:gday: Petra, this looks like a downy mildew, there are a number of different ones. The general symptoms are patches on the top and underside of the leaves as in yours, plus there is the tendency for a furry or downy growth under them.

Non chemical control is ( this could be hard at this time ) reducing the humidity, and placing plants with more air space between each them.

Chemical , Zineb, copper oxychloride, and copper hydroxide and fongarid. the underside of the leaves should be wetted thoroughly when using the products . As the underside is where they multiply quickest.

Sorry for not answering sooner. :reading: Pup

Thanks every body, for your help.
What i did was just wait it out and observed. The plants have gone back to normal .
I did sprayed with soapy water as there was mealy bug on the underside of the leaves.
Although I dont think that had anything to do with them going waxy. It may have
been something to do with the bloom boost not sure. :reading: There is still to this day no flowers,
just a over abundance of leaves. No more bloom boost for them. :shake:  Thanks again guys!

Hey Petra,

I have several colours of ivy leaf geranium thru out the garden, they are fantastic groundcover & give a bit of colour all year round. But never feed them, they wont flower just make lots of growth instead, same for excess water, starved of both is how you get the best displays, as well as replacing the plants with new cuttings every couple of years keeping them young.
