Lancer, i think the top one is either Cottoneaster or pyracantha
the second tree is buxus, i'm pretty sure and
the third looks like it may be a Ficus Benjamina,,Hope this helps,,,,,,,,,,,,Craig

My guess for the second photo is Ilex Crenata (evergreen variety of Japanese holly).

Hi, second is a Japanese buxus and the third (if not a ficus) could be a Port Wine magnolia.

I think James is right for the second ( it does have 3 pointy spikes I think )
Tenka may just be right for the third

I would put money on:
1. Pyracantha angustifolia (Rosaceae)
2. Ilex crenata (Aquifoliaceae)
3. Ficus microcarpa var. retusa (Moraceae)
