Australian Style. . . what is it

Before you can break the rules you have to know the rules.. Once you know the rules and reasons for them you can then look at breaking them.
I like to think of this a bit differently. It is not about breaking the rules it is about understanding them so well you need not think about them. If you understand the rules you will find that no masterpiece breaks them.

Many thanks for those links. The site, Bonsai Vault, is most interesting. I've glanced at some of the articles and it's like a breath of cool bracing air.

Thanks Guys glad you like it. I am not sure how this was posted here though it must have been split and posted by the moderators. The tricky buggers ;)

It is a pity but the Vault has languished latley. I hope we can update it soon.

Just stumbled across this as I was surfing the site. The articles have all been moved to HERE. They also have been converted to a Adobe document on a reading tablet that is down-loadable if you archive articles.

BTW: Anyone that has written an article on Australian native trees is encouraged to submit it to the article archive...BV would like to expand the knowledge base to include these trees.
