Hi Guys
I have just done some preliminary carving on a duranta after a repot. Does anyone know if the carved areas need to be sealed on this species ?

Tony, even though the wood is hard, it does need to be protected from the eliments. they also get a bit of die back from the edge of the wound.

So maybe just seal around the edges of the wound ?
