I bought a great water pot from Penny a while back and finally got a tree into it today
So here's a few pics. The tree is a Mrs Kint azalea and now all I need is to find some nice rocks and some underplanting. Does anyone have any suggestions of what I could plant in there with it?
Thanks Penny!!! ...

Hi Neal.
I'm glad you like the pot. Your tree is lovely. I have some photos of a few accent plants you might like to check out.

I've recently done another kiln-load and I believe I promised you first pick of this lot. I'll send you photos soon. Any you like, I'll put aside.
Penny.

that is very nice Neal, congrats
and nice pot too Penny
I have and idea of using a similar pot and some casuarina as a forest to create a scene inspired by and area near mu Mums on the edge of Lake Macquarie.

Cheers Ken,
Your casuarina forest sounds good. I reckon these water pots are great. Our satsuki club is hoping to have its first show some time in a year or two and I thought we needed something a bit more fun that kids and non bonsai people could appreciate, hence this billabong with penny's pot.
