Thuja Orientalis Elegentissima

This has been a slow progression from a landscape tree to a Bonsai trainer, originally over 1.5m high . I have several that were hacked back hard to see if they would re-shoot lower down the old trunks .Well the do , however the also get a lot of die back . This was removed from the garden bed 8 weeks ago and left on the ground until yesterday
. I soaked it in water overnight , then i gave it a quick root prune after removing the red clay from around the base . After a quick glance for a possible front its into a training pot and await the next step , coming up with a design for this multi trunked juniper . I might put this up for a vert to see the different idea's others come up with . . The original pics are too big to upload so i will put the full topic on the blog in the coming days .Cheers Alpineart
