I have grown this from seed 1998....
That's amazing, it looks alot older then it is

What's the branching like by the way ??
Grown from seed which means no nasty chops then?

Thanks for the comments... the branching is great (well the way I like anyway)
It was actually planted in my garden as a gift before I got into bonsai, when I got into bonsai I started to train it.
The colours last autumn were amazing I've included a photo however it was raining at the time and was in a different pot.. put it in a Patrick Kennedy this season looked good bare but now starting to doubt the pot choice...
