Hi all

Could someone please id this tree for me please ?

I am attempting to air layer a large 3 inch diameter branch of it.

I just layered it today would it be ready to remove by autumn ?

looks like a Celtis to me. If you done the layering right they should be fine in 5-6 months, but I would leave it till spring next year.
