[solved] No Idea.

This plant was bought from a lady that does bonsai near me.
She said it may be a Honeysuckle? But im not sure, so heres it is.
I went ahead and gave it the style i wanted too.

its got me stumped, i think maybe lonicera or small leaved privet

Lonicera is also known as honeysuckle and the flaking bark looks more like lonicera than privet. so I'd go with Lonicera. If you're still doubtful wait for flowers.

I have a Honeysuckle that looks exactly like the early images (and in just as poor condition). If you are able to get this puppy to thrive I would love to hear how.

i'm thinking so too guys, had another "squizz"
at the plant today and yeah it seems to match what i can find on the net about lonicera.
And BTW, do you's like the style i have given this?
