Native rosemary, Wesrtingia species, possible fruticosa. I have photos of some nice ones too, but nothing of this large. I also have collected some deadwood from some contorted pieces that i found. I'm assuming this photo was taken on the granite based rocks right next to the sea?

granite rocks, yes.
by the beach, no.
