What do people think.

Hi Josh,
This will take a number of seasons to get this ramification. If you can achieve this you would have a great little tree. :tu:

Regards Ray
I agree Ray, will take some time but well worth the wait. A lot work to do but I now have an idea. Just need to put the plan together to get there.

Cheers bonborn. The trunk on this tree matches mine nicely so is quite achievable with the right skill. Now to find someone with the right skill.

Love the "inspiration tree" Josh. I wouldnt hold my breath working toward that image but i reckon you could achieve that look. It will take you a bit of time and patience but it will be a great learning tool for you. Post regularly so we can see the progress. :tu:

Yeah Bodhi just really using it for inspiration. Even if I only get close it will still be great. I'm not going to be in a hurry with this tree and will take any advise I can as I go. I liked the idea of taking cutting from branches removed someone mentioned earlier to use as grafts when needed. So nothing much will happen till spring so the beaches I remove will go straight in as cutting. Will defenatly keep updates posted. Cheers

First time I noticed this thread. Nice stock Josh. That pic with the caption 'possible front' looks lovely.

I style Bonsai naturally, just as they would appear in the wild.

Great stock Josh! I really like the proposed front and can see it developing into a very impressive tree. The Walter Pall tree you hit on as an inspiration is an excellent model to aim for.
