Sorry to bother you, but for some reason after the upgrade it has not given permission to see photos linked to our gallery.

I was going to update some of the progression threads, but it appears to be giving errors.

I have tried that, and attempted it on 2 different platforms. I tried 2 separate browers on one platform and still the same error is displayed.
Thank you for helping
Kind regards,
Rory
EDIT: If it helps, I noticed after you click on the link for the thread, it logs you out. I would think this might be the problem but not sure why its doing that.

Re: Server upgrades
I tested that and it appears to also be logging the user out whenever you click on any hyperlink that opens an ausbonsai window, so it will do this to everyone.

Can you confirm you can view your album? Also re-apply your permissions also please.
Working on the logging out issue still at present.

Re: Server upgrades
Yes, I can view my album, and I have added pictures to it today. But if you try to view them via a link as per below, it logs you out and thus you can't view it. It also does this with any hyperlink just to open new pages, in that it logs you out, not just the album.CoderDarren wrote:Hi Rory,Rory wrote:I tested that and it appears to also be logging the user out whenever you click on any hyperlink that opens an ausbonsai window, so it will do this to everyone.

In other words, it doesn't appear that its relevant that the album isn't displaying, but the fact that if you aren't logged in, you cannot view pictures on the site at all. Hence, when any hyper link is accessed and opens in a new window, it automatically logs the user out so you can't view any photos, regardless of it being an album photo or just any photo that someone has uploaded to a normal thread.
gallery/image.php?album_id=729&image_id=3699
As above, the first is a hyper link, and the second is an attempt to embed the image, with neither working.
Kind regards,
Rory

Re: Server upgrades
Hi, just a quick note re server changes.
I have been in the Lepto threads and when I click on a link within a thread to direct me to another thread I am getting logged out, therefore can’t see the pics in the new thread. Not sure if it is a fault or just me doing something wrong.
Is anyone else having the same problem?

Re: Server upgrades
I'm also having problems, every link I've received in email expects me to log in, even though I'm logged in on another tab. The inability to see photos happened earlier too, but seems that was because I'd also been logged out on that tab...
At least now I'm able to see the link to go to the unseen posts though!

Re: Server upgrades
Howdy - except for photos - all seems to be working OK for me. For example, Steven dropped a post about Hugh’s plants for sale the Market but alas, I can’t see the photos ... which is probably a good thing because I would only be envious of those attending.
I cannot drive up - my niece’s wedding is this weekend. It’ll be a lovely event but a little part of me would like to be at the market too. [WINKING FACE]
Steven be assured I am not complaining about the photo issue; just providing feedback to assist resolution. I am sure the upgrades will work out over time.
Cheers
Mark
PS - Here’s a photo of my foot from the train on my way home from work - let’s see if an upload works

Re: Server upgrades
Just a heads up to all, the server will be getting a reboot soon which should solve all the issues at hand.
