Does anyone know of a pumice supplier in the gold coast area?
Thanks Todd

Re: Pumice on the gold coast
Hi Todd,
Not really sure if this could help but i get mine from Fernland Agencies, on the Sunshine coast. I live in Brissie and get it delivered. Good stuff with 1-4mm bags as well as 2-10mm.

Red Dragon in Currumbin just recently started stocking it.
It's not cheap, as there is only one distributor on the east coast, located in Sydney, and pumice is heavy so you are paying near $10 a bag for transport.

I don't know if we're talking about the same thing, but I was always under the impression that pumice is very light weight, a whitish-grey coloured rock with a sponge-like texture.

Pumice you find on the beach is light and very airy.
Pumice used for Bonsai ( as sold by Ausperl here in Sydney is mined in NZ and imported) is quite heavy @ 1Kg / L
I have it in stock here @$30 per 25Kg bag, and can deliver to anywhere via Sendle cost $28 to deliver.

Re: Pumice on the gold coast
Thanks pierre that seems like my best option. Does the 2-10mm bag have a good variety of sizes or would you say you get more closer to either 2 or 10?

Hi Todd.
I thought a picture would be more suited for your question. I also get their pumice 2-4mm and their Zeolite, in 1-3mm (mostly 2-3mm) and the 2mm+ (mostly 4-8 mm). Last order arrived the following day, and they had found a cheaper courier and did refund me the difference
