Transportation services???
Hi all. Not sure if this is the correct forum but…looking for someone to transport my collection of 100 mostly mature, developed bonsai from NSW to Victoria. I did have a really great contact from 15odd years ago who was very helpful in moving my collection from Queensland to ACT but he is no longer doing bonsai transportation. Appreciate any contacts/suggestion/recommendations who may have - is there anyone doing bonsai transportation? TIA, cheers, Peter

Wow, that’s a big task.
Now might be the time to reduce your collection if you’ve ever had the inclination before.
You might need to rent a mini truck with internal shelving on the sides and use a tonne of straps.
Good luck.

Re: Transportation services???
Im looking to have a transport service up and running next year, though it would mostly be for events, (first one may be bringing trees back from the AABC in Tassie to Victoria and east coast of NSW) and some local to me transport. Moving 100 odd trees is no small feat. Are they on the larger size? Like Rory said, hiring a small truck - pantech - may be a good option. Though securing everything and possibly doing multiple trips would make for a big job.
