Callistemon subulatus ‘Brogo Overflow' 1

In almost 30 years of having Bonsai, I've finally found a Callistemon I really rate for Bonsai potential.
This thing is gold for Bonsai. Incredibly hardy, and very short leaves, with short internodes, but the leaves don't mash too close together like some of the smaller shrub varieties that make it too stocky looking.
This is a very graceful species with weeping branches and a very elegant look to it. The flowers aren't large and are a perfect compliment for bonsai.

This was one worthy of its Sam Miller Pot (USA)

It was purchased from Glendale Native Nursery in Newcastle.

I style Bonsai naturally, just as they would appear in the wild.
