Leionema ‘Green Screen’ – Phebalium 1

Okay, I'll admit. Its not much to look at now, but when this beauty packs on foliage and starts to flower, its a hell of a sight to behold. This progression will force me to start working on it now too.
I've had these for about 3-4 years now, and it was designated to the 'heavy shade' section because of the priority requirements of other full-sun dependant species for a few years. But now its been given a more sunny position and is coming back from dormancy.

Leionema 'Green Screen' is a hybrid of Leionema elatius and L. lamprophyllum.

It thrives in a part shade position. It can tolerate heavy or fast drainage.
The flowering is profuse and stunning to see.

I style Bonsai naturally, just as they would appear in the wild.
