Melaleuca decussata dwarf 1

Melaleuca decussata dwarf 1

I almost died when I saw this at the lolly shop (native nursery). It might as well be a lolly shop for me though, as the flowers are like cotton candy. Absolutely beautiful. The reason I died was I've been trying to find a good specimen of this ever since I saw PeterH post his magnificent one that he recently parted with. I adored that tree. So now, I happily have a few of my own to trial.

So far this dwarf variant has proven very hardy, as I've also massively reduced the root system on another 4 inch tub stock to trial as a shohin (different progression coming).

Its finished flowering as you can see from the tip.
Its been placed into an Adam Luczak bonsai pot (Poland).

I style Bonsai naturally, just as they would appear in the wild.
