Nice work. I can see why you're proud of it.

Very nice, I just bought a shelving unit from bunnings and I'm in the process of putting up shade-cloth. I will post pics when completed, but I can tell you, its nowhere near the quality of your hand made display.
What kind of wood did you use? and how much were materials if you don't mind me asking?

Mal i dont think i will make another like this, took me long enough and plus at home i dont have the machines to make it.

And Luke the bench is made from Belian decking timber, its from indonesia. Very oily timber good for water resistance and all up the job cost me around 200 buks, but i work at a hardware store so things were much cheaper for me.

Hope it helps.

Very nice!
My bonsai are displayed on a shelf on our decking, it's not amazing but the shelf is nice and it fits in nicely with the house.
Also end of it gets a good lot of sun and the other gets some nice filtered sun in the morning and shade in the arvo.
