[Sell] Whole Collection
Hi Everyone
Due to time constraints I have decided that I will be selling my entire bonsai collection (well almost)
I will have a lot of stock plants, some 'finished bonsai', bonsai pots and a few other odds and ends. A lot of my collection was bought from various well known nurseries in Sydney including Ray Nesci, Bonsai Artist, Bonsai South and Koreshoff's. I have also been on some digs, propagated a lot of things myself and have built up quite a good variety of stock.
There will be a lot of really good bargains but please don't expect the quality bonsai to be given away for next to nothing. The quality bonsai's will not be sold for less than what I have paid for them.
Some of the varieties you can expect to see include
-black, red and white pines
- lebanese, himalayan and japanese cedars
- various Japanese, trident, amur, english field maples.
- azalea's
- privets
- various buxus
- juniper squamata, procumbens, shimpaku
- figs - tiger, port jackson, moreton bay
- english, chinese, seiju, russian and wych elms
- pomegranates and olives
- pears, apricots, plums, ginko, oaks,
- and a few others as well.
Prices will start from $1. The more expensive ones will be discussed on the day.
The sale will be held at Rooty Hill in Sydney's West on Saturday 17th and possibly Sunday 18th September. Please email me on davzamm@bigpond.net.au if you are interested and I will email my phone number and address closer to the event.
Thank you all in advance for your interest.
Dave

Re: Selling Whole Collection
Do you have any overview pics of the collection, or even some highlights?
Very interested in coming up, but would like to see what I am traveling for.
Thanks

Re: Selling Whole Collection
Please get them up when you can, as this post is a bit obsolete without them.
I'm there in a shot, but it's a fair drive.
Thanks mate.

Bummer, I'd have been the first one there but that's right in the middle of when I'm out of the country. (O.S on holidays)

Re: [Sell] Whole Collection
Just got back from seeing Dave and his collection and left with a couple of new trees and some display stands.
There are plenty of Pines, Juni, Figs, Acer etc. Lots of small Chinese pots and he will be selling his steel benches too (ex Koreshoff nursery). Some old ex Koreshoff trees but don't expect a bargain. larger trees have come from all the major Sydney nurseries (Ray Nesci, Bonsai South etc) and the smaller stuff has been propagated and collected. Here is a sample of what is there;
Email Dave on davzamm@bigpond.net.au if you want to arrange a viewing.
Regards,
Steven

Thanks Velvet.
I am going to hold on to my tools as I have decided to keep a few of my favourites. If I come across any that I don't want I will let you know.

Re: [Sell] Whole Collection
Hi Everyone
the sale is going ahead this Saturday as planned. I am pretty sure that I have replied to all emails with my phone number. If not, I apologise and ask that you email me again and I will send it through. My email address is davzamm@bigpond.net.au
If anyone else would like to come along please feel free to contact me on the above email address also.
I plan on starting the sale at 10.30am.
I recently visited a few bonsai nurseries to check prices and can assure you that you can pick up stock trees from me a significantly lower prices than you would pay in the nursery. Some of these trees have been worked on to varying degrees. I will say however that I won't be parting with any of my better bonsai for anything less than what they are worth. I am sure you can all appreciate the amount of time and dedication that goes into developing such trees. I am open to offers though but please do not be offended if I politely decline.
Thank you all for your interest and I look forward to meeting you on Saturday.
Regards
Dave
