If only these things happened on weekends.
I'm torn between going and feeding the family.

Re: Bill Valavanis Australian tour October 2011
Hi,
I went along to Bill Valavanis' talk tonight sponsored by the School of Bonsai. I loved the fact that he was prepared to teach and had prepared material and an hour powerpoint. I also loved the way in which his experience enabled him to be rather forthright regarding his opinions. He certainly is a font of knowledge.
Thanks to Clinton Nesci & the Committee.
I look forward to the workshop tomorrow.
It was also great to meet the Ausbonsai "founder" who has my undying gratitude for the forum/.

Its a shame you couldn't come up Handy Mick. I thought Goulburn was cold (and it is) but Bill showed his trees in winter and shared that he put them in an insulated shed (Roof & walls) and kept a commercial heater with a fan going so he could ensure he could keep them at -2degrees Celsius.
